August School Supply Drive

We have incentives for new patients (see above) and existing patients (see below).

All proceeds are donated to specific Verona classrooms and students in need of supplies.

Run 4 Snow

 We will again be sponsoring this years Run4Snow! This is a great event that is one of the most challenging off road races in Dane County. As you can see from the picture above there are distances for all ages and abilities. For more info just click the link above!

 A little rain just makes those downhills a bit more exciting.

Verona Little Leauge Update

 

Unwin Chiropractic and Wellness Center’s sponsored Verona Little League Team, the White Sox, moved on to the next round after a route against the Cardinals on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. 

The Verona Little League is finishing up the season with a two-week double elimination tournament. Should our team win this Wednesday the 19,^th they will move on to final game this Friday. They may be small in stature but they’re big on heart and play. We will be there cheering them on all the way to the end. If you have a little guy or gal that is potentially interested in playing little league, you should bring them out to watch. The coaches and fans are supportive, friendly, and fun. It’s definitely a great activity for the entire family to enjoy.

On Saturday, June 15^th, as part of the “Field of Dreams Game,” our team was given the opportunity to take to the field at the Madison Mallards Stadium.   They had the chance of a lifetime to play a single inning against a fellow Verona Little League Team.  The large stadium and abundance of fans didn’t seem to shake either team. Both showed great composure under the challenging circumstances and seemed to be having fun! After the game, both teams were able to stay and watch the Madison Mallards beat the Greenbay Bullfrogs. 

We would like to thank the coaches and parents for instilling such good sportsmanship in their players. We noticed that the little leaguers handled their strikes better than some of the adult ballplayers. Keep it up!

Special thanks goes out to coach, Jim Kawecki, for making this opportunity possible. We will always remember it and we are sure the kids will to.

Occupaws

Join us for Puppies on Parmenter Jog/Walk for Guide Dogs. This event will be held at Capital Brewery, Saturday May 18, 2012. 10am-3pm. There will be: music-raffle-silent auctions-food-kids activities. We have donated two, 60 minute massages to the silent auction, so bid early and bid often. We along with our little greeter, Lexi will be there at 1pm. We hope to see you all there.
